Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
